Et voici leur bouteille la plus “fun”. Couleur rouge émeraude une petite bulle en méthode ancéstrale (Pet Nat) de Syrah et Merlot. En bouche c’est savoureux, on y retrouve les fruits rouges des épices, et même une touche du tannin apporté par la Syrah.
Mais le petit "frizzante" reste frais, facile, un vrais plaisir pour un apéro au soleil! Absolument à essayer.

But the little "frizzante" remains fresh, easy, a real pleasure for an aperitif in the sun! Definitely worth a try.
